EPI-USE Value HR

Being a niche player in the HR systems arena, we have devoted a significant amount of time into understanding Human Resources and the Human Resources value drivers that have a direct impact on company performance. Due to our initial involvement in the South African Payroll localisation and day-to-day operations, there exist a strong body of payroll specific knowledge within the company. This includes:
A thorough understanding of gross and net earnings, salary structuring, legal payroll requirements, salary deductions, tax implications and retroactive payroll calculations.
Insight into the operation and replacement of older transactional payroll systems.
Excellent payroll development skills. We have been involved in a number of developments such as Pensioner Payrolls, Commissions Payrolls and a number of non-South African payroll country versions.
